You can use this site to pay or challenge a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and to view information about the contravention.
Please check that your PCN was issued by Hastings Borough Council and begins with HS or CP followed by 8 characters ranging from 0 (zero) to 9 and A before you proceed. If your PCN begins with ZH it would have been issued by East Sussex County Council and you will need to contact them directly.
